The only change I would like to have inbuilt logging facility even if Bluetooth is out of range for a mobile phone.
I feel very safe using these on food demo utensils, etc, as compared to Detoll Wipes, etc.
Nothing too exciting about the pH solution we bought, except for the fact it was so easy to order and arrived very promptly.
The delivery of the item was prompt I arrived in a day or two of purchasing on line.
The thermometer itself from experience is durable and meets the requirements for production.

However, a feedback for the finance team. I have purchased a couple of items and expect to get a refund due to some changes in order. After 2 weeks of waiting and follow-up, I have not received the refund and it is disappointing that I need to call them a couple of times. Other than that, they deliver the product quickly and the products are in good quality.

Does what it needs to do well. Could do with better instructions and it takes a bit of practice to carry your phone and the instrument. Works brilliantly with two people.
